We only accept orders from the U.S. and Canada. Thank you!
Return Policy
You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it. After that, returns won’t be accepted. We don’t offer exchanges.
Refunds will be issued minus a $20.00 return shipping fee, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Items that are damaged or not in their original condition will not be accepted for return.
To start a return, email thetapestudiona@gmail.com, and we’ll send you a USPS return label.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?
No, we currently only ship to the contiguous United States (48 states) and Canada. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico due to higher shipping costs and longer delivery times.
Is there a warranty
No, we do not offer a warranty and do not provide compensation for damaged items. However, if the item is unused, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it.
Are the keycaps removable?
Yes! Our keyboards are fully DIY-friendly, including the keyboard kit, switches, and keycaps. You can easily swap or replace them as needed.
Do you offer keycaps in a single uniform color?
Not at the moment, but we plan to add this option in the future. Stay tuned on our website for updates!
Do you offer bulk order discounts?
